Darryl Simms is the Founder/Managing Director of Access Loans P/L .
Darryl was raised on a wheat and sheep farm with a dream to take over the family farm someday.
The first 30 years of his life were centered around small country towns where he was heavily involved in community service, in Apex (17years) and also spent time Leading Local and Statewide Scout Groups on extreme bushwalking expeditions.
In later years he also volunteered with Bicycle Victoria on the Tasmanian West Coast tour in addition to a tour of New Zealand's South Island, screening movies under the stars. It was on the N.Z. tour that he met Serena and settled in Melbourne where they started a family of Ryan and Tamika.
Darryl has worked in a variety of industries focusing on Sales, Marketing and Finance areas. This gave Darryl hands on experience in solving Client's challenges with Banks.
In 2003 with his valuable knowledge of Finance, Darryl established Access Loans P/L .
His aim is to offer financial freedom through property investing with ethical, creative finance solutions.
Through Access Loans P/L a commitment to the Community has been established with the Salvation Army Home Loan Shelter Appeal.
Darryl is committed to delivering a personalised service with his "Client For Life" policy that ensures an ongoing commitment in helping his Clients grow their wealth through property.
Also in 2003 Darryl created a B.N.I. Chapter to help small business owners in Manningham grow and network their businesses
Late in 2009 Darryl became a Member of the Rotary Club of Heidelberg and has been active ever since with various community projects.
In 2009 due to continued organic growth Access Loans P/L appointed Lisa Riddle.
Also in 2009, Access Peak Property was created in response to continued Client requests for help in purchasing high performing properties.
March 2011 saw Access Loans P/L expand staffing to provide 7 days per week service via their new 1300 755 133 number.
August 2011 was the inception of another new division of the Access family of services, stay tuned for the Formal Launch in the very near future
Lisa Riddle heads up the Loan Processing department of Access Loans to further enhance our high levels of customer service.
Lisa and her partner own a Hungarian Vizsla which keeps them both entertained and very active!
With many years experience in the efficient processing of loans, Lisa takes great pride in ensuring Access Loans Clients receive an enjoyable, efficient experience during their loan applications.
Extensive training and experience has prepared Lisa well to fully understand the pressures and time constraints facing health professionals and those that have limited time left in each working week.
Lisa’s role includes the follow-up and co-ordination of the entire loan process, ensuring settlement is on time every time and delivery of our “Client For Life” policy.
